For scrap recyclers, we're the best.
Here's why.
Kantner & Company knows scrap recycling. No one else has implemented so much ISO in so many types of recyclers -- scrap processors, dealers, brokers; iron/steel, metal, plastic, paper, glass -- in so many places. Here are details on why Kantner & Company is the scrap recycler's best option for ISO consulting.
Why Kantner & Company is the scrap recycler’s best option for ISO consulting
- Broad, deep experience. We have helped over 150 organizations (and 35+ scrap recyclers) implement quality, environmental, and/or safety management systems. We know the scrap recycling industry, we know scrap recycling processes, we understand your issues, and we speak your language.
- Practical. Our approach is practical, pragmatic, down to earth. We leave theory to theoreticians and focus on accomplishing the task on time, on plan, on budget.
- Flexible. We task ourselves with learning your proven processes and adapting our approach so that you end with a system that precisely fits how you work. And while we’re with you, we do our best to work around your busy schedule, understanding that you have to keep operating your business even while ISO implementation is going on.
- Results-oriented. Registration is an important milestone. . .but to us the optimal result is a system that adds value to your organization.
- Effective communicators. We stress open, honest, and regular communication with clients. At each step you’ll know exactly where things stand. When you call or email, if it happens that you can’t reach us right away, you’ll always get a response within 24 hours.
- Believers. Having seen in real life how well ISO-prescribed management systems work, every day we commit ourselves to communicating that positive message in everything we say and do.
- Work ourselves out of a job. At project’s end you have a system that you understand, control, and can easily operate on your own. . .without requiring further help from us.
- Pleasant to work with. Our exemplary people-skills enable us to function well with client people of all levels and functions.
