Option 1: On-site help
On-site help means just that: We visit your site every month to help you implement the type of management system that meets your needs:

- Scrap/QES (integrated quality / environmental / safety management)

- Full service consulting furnishes you with all hands-on services needed to design, document, train, implement, and provide compliance assurance for your system. This level is for clients that lack the internal times/resources to undertake hands-on tasks themselves.
- Guidance level consulting is a less costly on-site mode. With this approach we provide all design, leadership, and compliance assistance, and give client personnel direction so that they can do many of the hands-on tasks themselves.
Option 2: distance consulting
For clients that have significant internal resources available (i.e. skilled people with available time), we offer Distance Consulting assistance programs that are considerably less expensive than either on-site consulting mode.
With distance consulting, we usually make one visit to your site at the start of the project, to map out the plan and set the task schedule. We make one other visit at the end, just prior to certification audit, to review the system and ensure its readiness.
In between, we work and interact with you via phone, fax, and email, guiding your work as you progress through the implementation steps. We review documents, answer questions, deal with implementation and compliance issues. Barring acts of God, we guarantee responses to questions within 24 business hours.
The cost / payment structure for distance consulting is a mix of our standard daily rate for on-site visits, and a flat monthly fee for unlimited distance assistance.
